In 2020, Ramsay Corporation developed the Proctoring Portal Subscription as an enhancement to our Online Testing System in response to increased requests for remote proctoring options.
When used in conjunction with a packet of guideline documents, it allows companies to administer their tests remotely, safely, and in real-time.
We add a log-in page to your account that is strictly for your remote proctors. Those proctors will have access only for proctoring tests, not to your account as a whole. Through the interface, proctors are able to pause and resume tests, watch answers being submitted, and monitor the progress of testing sessions both in real-time and remotely.
With the Remote Proctoring service, you will receive in-depth guidelines for proctoring online tests remotely, including policy templates, a preparation checklist, step-by-step instructions for proctors and test takers, and a troubleshooting guide.
