Large Food Production Facility

July 20

Our relationship with a large food production facility strengthened after we developed a test for them last year for their maintenance personnel. This year we have created and validated 14 tests, as well as hands-on performance assignments, for eight different jobs. Paul R. Kramer, M.A., Consulting Associate, worked with several teams of job experts at their production plant to facilitate the development of tests for a variety of maintenance and production positions. The tests will all be administered online and will be scrambled so that each test-taker will be answering the same questions, but in a different order.

The vision care division of a large pharmaceutical company in Florida also requested an update of a previously developed custom test. We were asked to review the existing assessment originally developed in 2001. The up-to-date job requirements for Manufacturing Engineering Technician are reflected in the tests as delivered this year. We also reviewed alternate and scrambled versions of the revised measure to assist in re-testing requirements.
