Stanley Chapman, Training Coordinator at Platte River Power Authority in Fort Collins, CO, asked us to conduct a validation study for Power System Operator Trainee. Following a meeting with our consultant, Dr. Robert Lofgren, a test battery with Reading, Arithmetic, and Process Monitoring & Problem Solving tests was installed to measure skills of applicants for their apprentice program.
