At Bayer CropScience, Stephen Farley, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, wished to test for the position of Operator at their Institute, WV facility. Job experts evaluated tests developed for a similar Bayer plant, and asked us to validate those tests for them. The resulting test battery includes Chemical Knowledge and Mechanical Aptitude measures as well as other basic skills tests.
