At Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Mary Butina, Manager of Training, asked us to evaluate and update a validation study previously completed for Finisher and Inspector at their Blairsville, PA facility. The basic skills test battery consists of customized Reading, Inspection & Measurement, Arithmetic, and The Employee Safety Inventory-Quality.
