Harley-Davidson contracted us to assist in the restructuring of facility operations for their York, PA plant. We designed and validated performance assignments and paper-and-pencil tests for the jobs of Maintenance Mechanical, Maintenance Electrical, and Maintenance Toolmaker. Harley-Davidson plans to administer the tests online utilizing Ramsay Corporation’s Online Testing System.
